With the new release within Jabber 15.1 within setting Video, we have a video blur option:
However we have noticed that on first start of Jabber video blur is not applied automatically . If I open settings, jabber remembers it is ticked and then for the rest of the day if you do not exit jabber the video will remain blur'ed.
We have seen this with integrated and external cameras. Also closed down any other programs that might be trying to interfere with control of the camera.
Has anyone else seen this or could confirm they are seeing the same issues please?
