Jabber 9.1.3: using deskphone video and share desktop

Hello.  I am wondering if anyone can help me.  I have configured CUPS 9.1 and CUCM 9.1, and I am using Jabber 9.1.3 for windows.  Everything works fine except for deskphone video or share desktop.  What should I be checking?  Also, even if deskphone video does not work, does softphone video supposed to work?  That doesn't work either.  Please let me know what additional info you need.  Thanks!

In which mode are you trying to use desktop sharing??

I have two cases opened with TAC 2 weeks ago and they both confirmed that the config is fine. I just figured someone here might have a different point of view. Thanks for the reply though.
