Hi Paul,

Also confirm that,

- Cisco Media Services Interface is installed and running.

- Phone is tethered to the computer

- Deskphone has an SCCP firmware. Deskphone video works in the 7900 series of phones using SCCP only. It is not supported with SIP on these phones

Following steps sometimes seem to help in getting deskphone video working.

  1. Reset the physical desk phone.
  2. Exit Cisco Jabber for Windows.
  3. Run services.msc on the computer where you installed Cisco Jabber for Windows.
  4. Restart the Cisco Medianet service.
  5. Restart Cisco Jabber for Windows.

Thanks,

Maqsood
