Jabber 9.7 doesn't work externally with VCS x8.1

If I use Jabber internally everything is fine.
When I try to use Jabber externally through VCS-E and VCS-C the client doesn't login. The VCS-C and VCS-E are up and running and the traversal zone is active. Also the tunnels with CUCM and Presence are active. I can see the requests get the Presence but the user fails to authenticate.
Attached the logs capture from my laptop in both cases.

Any idea?
