Jabber adhoc chat problem

Hi!

 

We have and issue with adhoc chats in J4W.

Then user try to start adhoc group chat he have no any activity from Jabber.

We encountered this issue with some users who previously used Lync(Skype4Business).

IMP 10.5.2.10000-9

J4W 11.9.3

WIN 10&8.1

 

May be somebody have dealt with this issue.
