Why would Google produce a product "Chromebook" and allow the Jabber client to be downloadable from the playstore, if you don't have a separate profile or allowed to work with the "BOT" Android device??
It would be nice to have a better answer from Cisco other than No, Not Supported....!!

I believe a Chromebook has to be added as a TAB Device. Trying to get this working right now.

Appreciate the response, sorry in my delayed reply back....
I have configured / tried all the Cisco Jabber profiles, and do not really think its any of them.
Obviously the IOS devices are not going to work, you'd think the CSF or BOT should be the one....but no dice.
It half registers, and you cannot access phone or voicemail...and kind of renders it useless.
Thankfully we are no longer offering or supporting the Chromebook, but you should give it another look on your side.
Thanks,
Red

Cisco Jabber does support Chromebook Platform. It has to be added as a TAB device and will work only via MRA.
Even if the user inside the corporate domain, the connection has to be via MRA.
Thanks & Regards

Hello, there is Web-based client called Fimbur by a Cisco Solution Partner that supports IM&P and Calling and is listed on the Solutions Exchange here: https://developer.cisco.com/ecosystem/spp/solutions/182165/
Hope that helps!
