Jabber and IPv6

Hi Everyone

Currently we are using Microsoft direct access which is IPv6 and right now our Jabber clients don't work with it. I found out that Jabber version 11.7.1 and up supports IPv6, so I wanted to know what do I have to do on my network in order to get Jabber to work with the direct access. Thanks in advance for the help and I look forward to your replies.

AFAIK Jabber does not support DA, you still need to use MRA or AnyConnect VPN for it.

Thanks for replying Jamie, the reason that I asked that question is because I opened a TAC case and the engineer sent me the planning guide for Jabber 11.9 and he told me on as of 11.7.1 it supported IPv6. But after reading your post I'll need to purchase an expressway server to get Jabber to work if the users don't want to log into the VPN.
