Hi,
Does anyone know of any issues when using Cisco Jabber for iPad? I have a client who is struggling to log in, he can log on fine when using a Windows machine.

using the same devicename? If you still face issues, it is better to analyze Problem report.

Thank you for your reply, I found a user guide, my client was selecting the wrong account, he was selecting 'Jabber Video for TelePresence' instead of 'Telepresence Video Communication Server'.
The client is using Jabber for iPad with our new Cloud meeting rooms and unfortunately I did not have an iPad to try it myself.
