Hello,
We have upgraded CUPC to Jabber 10.5.5 and users started receiving error: Cannot communicate with the server.
Users can still access CUPC but not Jabber.
We are using CUCM 8.6 and CUPS 8.6
Please suggest.

Can you please try with Jabber 10.6.1? If it is still not working, we would have to collect the Problem Report from the Jabber client

Thanks for reply Rajamani. Rebooting CUPS fixed the issue.
