Hello,
I'm going to activate chat history and remote desktop control for some user jabber, how can I do that please? Thank you

i make a change in xml file, i puted <DisableRemoteDesktopControl>false</DisableRemoteDesktopControl>
                                                        <disable_im_history>false</disable_im_history>

i uploaded file-->restart TFTP--> mentioned a name of file (configurationfile=jabber-config-group1.xml)" in the Cisco Support Field"

disconnect/connect Jabber but no update

Apply Config of the CSF device?
Did you perform a Refresh Configuration Inc the Jabber client? It caches the XML file in current versions.

Also, if you want to enable remote control you need to set that flag to true.

Thank you for your reply, that's what I did already, mom I erased the cache and reset jabber, disconnection / connection
