Dears,
I have Jabber client for iPhone that try to login from outside the enteprise via MRA (8.9.2) and the jabber client version is 11.8.2 (latest version) and I got the following message " you can not loin outside corporate network .contact your admin" and sometime "cannot Locate Service".
Any Idea,,,

Yes I have other phones work fine and the same user from a different phone work fine using the same phone mode and iPhone 6 System Name: iOS iOS: 10.3.2 :
- I reset the Jabber Client more than a time.
- Verify phone can reach the Edge server
- Upgrade to the latest Jabber on the market
- Look like the phone can reach the Edge with no issue but it is something in the login process
But I noticed the below error in the jabber.log File :
