We are implementing jabber and we are stuck with the multi-domain support.
In our environment user machine, CUCM clusters and SRV records are in abc.corp.net domain. Network team are reluctant to use abc.com domain in SRV records because .com is in DMZ.
We wanted to the user logs in to Jabber by <userid>@abc.com instead of <userid>@abc.corp.net.
Is there any alternates/suggestions for us to translate <userid>@abc.com entered in jabber client to <userid>@abc.corp.net before authenticates with LDAP ? This option will fake the user as though they are getting validated with abc.com and avoid them entering explicitly abc.corp.net. This will also avoid user to remember while entering their ids in jabber.
