Hello,
I can't start a video call to my mobile (Jabber IOS) device. (internal -> external) (external-internal is working fine)
Info: I have a SIP-Trunk from CUCM to ISP
As first I tried to disable the video function on my CSF device and finally I can start a audio call. But I also want to start a video call. How I can do this?
Thanks for help!

Just curios, whats the behaviour when you connect the IOS device internally on your wifi. Is video working ?
Can you try enabling the MTP on the SIP trunk and see that makes a difference.
Also try a pcap Wireshark and observe. Basically the video/voice ports are the RTP ports 16384 to 32766
Hope this helps!
Cheers
Rath!

Hello,
Sry I’m using both.
Jabber (Windows) -> Jabber IOS, internal to external. Is not working, but external to internal is fine. I already enabled the video function (setting->call options) in the client.
Just4info: im using an expressway
Cheers

Enabled MTP on SIP Trunk fixed that issue! Thx!
