Jabber configure IM Address Scheme ->URI, Login URI

Hi, a simple question for you. If I configure CUPS with IM Address Scheme -> URI directory, I have the ability to allow users to access the Jabber client using the URI?

Example:

UserID: hello

URI: hello@example.com

I can access the Jabber client using hello@example.com?
