Solved: Jabber contacts added by default

Hi,

I would like to ask if it is possible to automaticially have a contact added to a users contact list when rolling out the Cisco Jabber to a user. Like having an Emergency contact added by default.

Cisco Jabber for Win Version 11.5 or 11.8

UCM Version 10.5

There is no way to install the jabber with prepopulated contacts. you can follow the process via CUPS admin page to import the contact to all the jabber users or you can import the contacts to jabber windows machine via a custom contact file. this costum contact is on the desktop of the users and they can import it directly onto jabber.
