Jabber CTI for Internal , MRA for external

I have jabber user in a company where only cti is allowed. (cuplogin SRV)

I have defined a jabber-config.xml with initital phone selection - deskphone.

this works without issues

User has also CSF for Softphone - Register over MRA.

When jabber comes over mra then i try to connect to deskphone - even it is not supported on MRA

but it stays over minutes / hours on connecting to phone - instead of register in softphone Modus.

Any Idea ?

During MRA ,If you manually select the softphone ,it registers right?

and you are expecting a automatic switchover from Initial selection of Deskphone to softphone if in MRA , right ?

During MRA - when it hangs at registering with deskphone - you can not manually Switch to Softphone - as it is not responding anymore over minutes.

Yes- as MRA supports only Softphone - I would expect automatic switchover - as any other way does not make sense.

Any idea ?
