Jabber 9.1.3 able to login but desk phone at bottom shows red X and not registering. LDAP with CUCM 9.0 ...user resynced still same issue. only one user having the problem else working...any help is appreciated.
Show connection shows invalid username and password !!

have you associated the phone with the user under CUCM usermanagement?

Issue was jabber voicemail and Deskphone credentials were case sensitive, used correct credentails with Caps and worked..thanks
