Hello,
We have CUCM 12.0 Cluster where we have IP Phone 7841 Series IP Phones.
We want to configure Jabber in DeskPhone Control Mode.
I have configured but it is not working please check below steps,
- IP Phone 7841 Configured with option "Allow Control of Device from CTI" & "End User Configurration"
- CSF Profile created with Same DN for JAbber client
- End User Configured with "Standard CTI Enabled" and CSF, 7841 device Associated to it
- UC Service Configured for CTI Server --> Service Profile and same configured in respective End User.
- I am trying to login to Jabber on windows with CUCM IP Address configured to but unable to login.
Can any one suggest if i am missing any configuration..
