Installed JDV MSI on windows surface that is using a dock, surface is tethered to phone. Video is enabled on the phone but there is no cast messages observed from wireshark. When the installation is performed there is not prompt to accept the certificate/driver installation. This setup is working fine on a Windows7 machine. Has anyone else ran into this issue?
Thanks,
Joe

Whats the version of JDV you are using? Ideally you should receive a certificate prompt. Id CAST is not working then no Deskphone video possible. Try checking the MSI logs and see if you find any error in it.
Please make sure that phone and jabber are in same subnet. if not , then there should be no firewall in between them blocking the connection at port 4224

There is no prompt for certificate install....cast is not working as there are packets in the wireshark trace. The phones and PC are not on the same network but there is no restriction/firewall in place. Windows 7 machine phone pair on same network works without issue...

Has anyone been able to get this working with either Windows 10 or 8, could this simply be an issue with the digital signature of the driver?
Thanks,
Joe

Cisco issued a new version for Windows 10:
