Jabber Directory Question

Hi All,

How do I make it so all our users directories go through CUCM?

I have two users one displays the display names fine eg John Smith and is using the directory ***-cucm.example.com  Protocol UDS (HTTPS)

The other displays the actual log in name eg John@example.co.uk and their directory is 10.155.**.**  Protocol: LDAP

My questions is why do users seem to flutter between the two? and how do I get both users using the UDS one?

Without looking at your config or logs there is no way to tell you why you're seeing that behavior.

If you want users to use UDS, simply check the Use UDS option in the service profile they have assigned.
