Jabber - Disable "Desktop Sharing"

Hi,

I want to disable desktop sharing for some users, my question is at the moment there is one SIP profile with has

"Allow Presentation Sharing using BFCP" unchecked. CUCM ver is 9.1 and Jabber is 9.2

1- why "desktop sharing works while this option is unchecked?

2- How I can disable desktop share for some users.
