Clients keep getting this error as well as I. Is there something we can do to get rid of this. Nothing actually goes down, all messaging and calls work just keep getting this error every now and then.
Jabber Client: 11.9.3 Build 60004.

Then you need to make sure that the information you used for that UC service is OK, or remove it if you're not actually using it.
Voice/video and IM are not affected because that's a whole different thing you're talking about.
If you do use it, you'd need to review a PRT to find out why you get that error

Do you have a conferencing profile configured?

Hi Leo,
I have the same issue but this message only appears when Desktop Sharing mode is in use, no other jabber features have problems, what was the way you solved it?
