Hello,

i configured the Jabber xml file to synchronize Jabber with Exchange to save chat. it work when first time connect Jabber but after log out and log in it show me an error "incorrect exchange connexion information. and i need to reset jabber and log in again to solve issue.
Jabber 12.1.0
CUCM 11.5.1.

i put that:

<SaveChatHistoryToExchangeOperationMode>EnabledByDefault</SaveChatHistoryToExchangeOperationMode>
<ExchangeAuthenticateWithSystemAccount>true</ExchangeAuthenticateWithSystemAccount>
    <InternalExchangeServer>https://X.X.X.X/autodiscover/autodiscover.svc</InternalExchangeServer>

how can i solve that please? Thank you

Hi,

I setup a Jabber - Exchange integration to save chat to outlook folder.

Find bellow an example.

<EnableSaveChatHistoryToExchange>true</EnableSaveChatHistoryToExchange>
<ExchangeAutodiscoverDomain>Domain</ExchangeAutodiscoverDomain>
<SaveChatHistoryToExchangeOperationMode>EnabledByDefault</SaveChatHistoryToExchangeOperationMode>

ExchangeAuthenticateWithSystemAccount is true by default.
