we have some Android smarphones with the Jabber for Android 11.8.1.250274.
We have this issue: if the Jabber is in the background and the phone is locked (e.g., with a pattern, or a PIN), when it receives a call it rings only for a few seconds, then it stops ringing, but the call can still be answered.
The problem, of course, is that if the user doesn't notice the short ring, he risks to miss the call...
The other scenarios seem to work fine:
- Jabber in the foreground, and phone locked;
- Jabber in the background, and phone unlocked;
- Jabber in the foreground, and phone unlocked.
What's wrong?
