Dear Sir,
I have problem with jabber for android. the problem is that when i register IP Phone extension to Jabber for Android SoftPhone I can not login with cisco finesse agent any more. and show me a error like : "The device associated with that extension or dial number is invalid."
CUCM version is 11, UCCX version is 11.x and Jabber version is 11.6
I Appreciate if you could tell me how can i use jabber extention as an UCCX Agent.

Jabber for Android is not a supported phone device for Finesse Desktop. You can only use Jabber for Windows as an agent device and this is the reason login is failing. Refer below for the list of supported devices:
