Jabber for Android not registering

Hi Guys!

I'm facing a strange issue with the Jabber for Android (9.6.0). It cannot connect to the UDS of CUCM and therefore it is not useable with the error "Networkservices not found".

Facts:

  • CUCM   9.1.2
  • CUP      9.1.1
  • Collaboration Edge is configured with another external Domain (but it is also not working :/)
  • Device is not supported -> Lenovo Yoga w/ Android 4.4.2

 

UDS internal:

C:\>nslookup

The Device on CUCM is configured and connected with the User. Authentication works over a LDAP-Server.

Jabber 4 Windows on my Laptop is connecting and registering without issues. All is working fine (phone, presence, IM, ...).

 

Is it possible, that the Error is the "not supported" Tablet?

P.s.: For easy Information: The error is in the attached txt file at the very end. (In Notepad ++ Line: 2359)

 

Update: On an iPhone (supported from Cisco) it is working... :/ Perhaps it is really an issue with an unsupported device. But eventually some of you had the same Problem and perhaps a solution. :)
