Jabber for IPad, Iphone, Android, Mac without LDAP authentication?

Hi 

we have a CUCM 9.1 Which has the local authentication (not synced with LDAP directory). Can we deploy Jabber for android In this environment?

As per this documentation, 

You should create an LDAP profile and verify LDAP attribute mappings, even if your Cisco Jabber client

does not currently integrate with LDAP profiles on IM and Presence Service.
