Jabber for iPad

Hello All,

I am running on CUCM & IM&P version 11.5.1.

I have the following devices for jabber and working fine except 'iPad'.

1. jabber for android

2. jabber for iphone

3. jabber for ipad > I am assuming that TCT profile should work for ipad device too.

user can login to jabber on ipad but phone services not working, is there are a specific configuration required for ipad.

Hi,

For iPad/Tablet devices, the device name must start with TAB, followed by up to 15 uppercased or numeric characters. Example: TABJOHND.

Jabber configuration guides contain the steps and what kind of device to use for all the options, suggest you review it.

Yes, you need to select "Jabber for Tablet" as device type.
