I configured voicemail profile and Jabber for Windows works fine. But, my Jabber for iPhone doesn't even show voicemail option in the screen.

Have you configured the 'voicemail' related elements in the 'Product Specific Configuration' section of the device configuration page (the TCT device) in CCMAdmin?
iPhone doesn't use the CUPS-based settings.

Yes, I configured that portion in CUCM.
