Hi,
My clients upgraded their Jabber on the Mobiles to the new version which embeded Voice and IM. Ever since we are facing too many issues, one of them is when they trying to login , they get the below meesage:
Service Discovery
Enter your Domain for Service Discovery
and then whenthey enter their domain which is x.com.au, they failed to login!!
What is causing it and what the fix is?
Jabber version is 9.5.0.152580

This tells me it is trying to use SRV records to discover services, which you possibly have not configured.

The issue is it comes up when they are using VPN. In previous Version of Jabber, I have configured Connect on demand,
Which means Jabber automatically launches the VPN when it is using 3G, but in new Version of Jabber, it worked sometimes and does not. We have already DNS SRV in place but Jabber should be able to lauch VPN first before reaching DNS.
