We have been seeing some issues with Jabber for Windows (9.0.2) (Cloud Model) where contact photos do not download from WebEx when opening Jabber from behind our Proxy server.
When opening Jabber from home or the guest network, there are no issues with the photo download.
A packet capture from the client PC shows this message from the proxy server:
HTTP/1.1 407 Proxy Authentication Required ( Forefront TMG requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy filter is denied. )
Logs on the Proxy server confirm that while most of the traffic from the PC to Webex is being allowed through as the authenticated logged in user, some of the traffic is being presented as 'anonymous' and is being blocked.
Can any other users confirm they are seeing the same behavior?
