Hi everyone!
I have a question about CISCO JABBER for WINDOWS.
The Jabber registered normally and make calls normally too.
When I try to make calls using FAC, the symbol keyboard on the JABBER stay inactive and the calls ends.
Its is a compatibility problem?
Some idea?
Cisco Jabber for windows 9.7.
CUCM 8.0.3
CUP 8.0.4

You are right " jabber for windows " as of now does not seem to support FAC codes; though this is intended to be incorporated in some future release; you may reach out to your Cisco Accounts team to get more insight in this matter.
