Would it be possible to show the presence state of the called party on pickup group notifications?  Would be great to see if someone is away, so I can answer their call. 

Also the notification window/font size isn't quite right so I can't always see the full names of both calling/called parties.

I'm using 11.1.0 at the moment.

You need to get in touch with your AM and submit a PER that way, so it's considered, that's the official procedure.

The official procedure is a horrible procedure, as the AM never return calls or emails.  Besides they wouldn't even understand the feature request anyway.

Cisco TAC knows they product better than anyone, or this forum, should be Cisco's approach to making a great product better than the competitors.

Agreed, the account manager was useless.

My Cisco partner thinks it's a valid request and has offered to push within Cisco on my behalf...
