Jabber for Windows Mass Deployment

I saw that is possible a mass deployment for CUPC.

Is possible a mass deployment for Jabber for Windows? Is also possible mass deployment including presence address and domain?

Yes, you can use a any program you have to do the mass deployment, and you can configure DNS SRV records for the CUPS IP
