I am unable to get Jabber IM to load successfully. Right after i see my contacts list the application crashes without fail Uninstalled many times with no success.
Phone: Moto X
Andriod: 4.4.2
Jabber 9.6.1

Do you happen to have any other Jabber/XMPP IM clients on the Android device?

I had installed Cisco Jabber voice, but have since uninstalled. I also use Google hangouts for SMS/chat. Please let me know if you want any logs from my phone. I loved Jabber chat and miss it!

How do I pull the logs directly for this application? I can see the logs, but am unable to copy the logs to send to upload.

Hi Trent,
I just tested in my Moto X and I face the same problem. The issue happens only in On-Prem mode. I'm using IM&P 10.x. I will check the logs and see what is happening.
Everytime Jabber re-starts, the certificate pop-up again come up although I click 'Continue' everytime.
