We are having two sites, and both hasing its ldap users and cup's server. The two sites connected through site to site vpn connection. What are the requirment/setup in having the two ldap addresses available in both sites jabber client?
If using Jabber for Windows then the best course of action would be to use Enhanced Directory Integration which relies on Windows to choose the most appropriate Domain Controller to query. If you're using Basic Directory Integration you would need to specify a Domain Controller at both sites in the jabber-config.xml file. Unless you go to the trouble of creating seprate XML files per-group all of the clients will use the same primary/secondary order. All of these scenarios are covered here:
