Is it possible that the phones rings if a call comes in in Cisco Jabber Voice on a Iphone? It looks like on IOS7 the device is not ringing or vibrating? Could someone confirm?
The app will remain registered while in the background if configured properly. Ensure that you have built a SIP profile with the correct non-standard timer values applied to the CSF device.
