jabber issues on macs

I am having issues with jabbier client on macs.

One being users unable to search for contacts. The OS is 7.5

With other macs they are unable to make calls. It says its calling but never dials out.

In regards to the other Macs, do you see the handset icon next to the contact name? have you tried dialing the phone number directly from Jabber by typing the number on the search bar?

You may try changing the LDAP port from its default (389) to 3268, then close and restart Jabber.
