We are trying to use UPN to login to a Call Manager cluster, but I am facing issues logging in with Jabber
Specifically, after the initial login with the full UPN (name.surname@example.com) a popup warns that some services could not connect. Under the Account tab usernames for both phone services and presence appear without the @example.com.
Adding the domain suffix again fixes everything, but obviously this is not acceptable to distribute to end users.
Have I missed a step somewhere? How do I make Jabber keep the info?
