Jabber mapping phone field to contact card question

How do we modify the phone number mapping to contact card?

When AD has primary phone field populated and mapped to Jabber its listed as “other"

How can we change display from "other" to "work" or "mobile"

If you mean you want to change the names of the fields on the contact card, that's not possible, you can only change the mapping from which LDAP field you get the info.
