Jabber mobile phone service not connecting over in-Office WiFi network

Hello -

Can someone please point me to a document explaining port requirements for Jabber mobile phone service connecting via an internal WiFi network/AP?

We are able to successfully connect to the Jabber phone service on a mobile device through our Expressways via cellular network but if that same mobile device / user picks up the guest WiFi network inter-office, the phone service will not connect.

Additionally, Do you know the answer to this question. If your Jabber mobile phone service is connected over an in-office WiFi guest network and the user on a telephone call steps out of WiFi range, will it auto-magically switch to the cell network ?   Thank you in advance for your help and guidance.

The Jabber documentation already provides the list of ports that the product requires, you can also take a look at a PRT to find out what's going in.
