Jabber mobile - roaming issue

Hi, 

Could you please help me with the following?

The connection on IOS and Android drops off whenever a user is in roaming.
Wireless coverage – fine
Mobile coverage – fine
Roaming coverage – user loose connection

Is this a common behaviour? Is there any troubleshooting provided by Cisco?
