Jabber mobile send a picture

I have attached a screenshot of my jabber on my iphone.  I was wondering how I enable the options at the bottom of the screenshot where it says webex, camera, photo, video, cloud, cached files?  Currently they are all grayed out.  I want to know with the Camera or Photo option if I can send a picture of my mobile jabber to another jabber user.  I did not see any local settings on my jabber client on my iphone so I am assuming it is server side I just was not sure where.

Hi there! I am hitting the same issue, but only when the Jabber devices are outside the company (internet)! On premises, everthing works fine.

Any developments about the issue?

I am having the same issue with Jabber for iPhone v 11.8 as well..Just wondering whether this has anything to do with modifying the jabber-config.xml file ?

Any ideas?

All of these options are forms of file transfer.

Thus these are expected to be disabled if the client is connected over MRA and you have not set up an external server and configured "Managed File Transfer" on your IM&P server.
