I have had a couple of instances where the CISCO jabber is not showing all voice-mail messages etc…
A recent example is where someone’s mailbox was full however they could only see 5 voicemails (and yes, both view settings were set to “All”). They deleted them via the jabber app but yet when I checked the Unity admin, it was still showing 90 more voicemails.
I have now seen this a few times….
Does Jabber only look back for a certain period of time maybe?
