Jabber not signing in on MAC

I have a Mac running Catalina and I am using jabber 12.8.0.  I am able to sign in with the same credentials on a PC.  Any suggestions.  On the CUCM it should be the same profile for both.

Generate a PRT and review it to find out what is happening, if you use the same SRVs and network as a windows PC, that sounds very weird, but the PRT will provide hints of what is going on.

I have had some bizarre issues with dock and VPN adapters and Mac clients sometimes. It will end up showing up in the log that it can't determine the adapter protocol or something and then won't work. I'm not a Mac person myself but those users have managed to "reset" or disable something (one said IPv6 but that shouldn't be needed) which got that running.

Otherwise the PRT should show as Jaime said
