Jabber on Cisco BE6k working internally, but doesnt work from the outside

We have Cisco BE 6000, we can use it when connected through the LAN but how to configure it to work from outside of the network e.g connecting through GSM network.

Configure MRA for that purpose, there's a lot of material and questions on the topic in CSC. That's the preferred option, you can also use the old method of anyconnect and a VPN.

i was told i need Cisco Expressway-C and Expressway-E for this deployment.

does this come with Cisco BE 6000 OVA?

MRA guides are all within the VCS documentation on cisco.com, that would be your first stop.

Yes, Expressways enable MRA

I´m not sure if they come pre-loaded on the box, if not, you can simply download them from CCO.
