Evening all,
Got a little issue with presence for a handful of jabber users. The users are not seeing any of thier contacts presence status and visa versa.
On investigation and checking the presence viewer on CUCM i'm seeing the users contacts have a double domain thing going on.
for example - Joe Blogs - joe.blogs@example.co.uk@example.co.uk
Has anyone seen this before, Anyone know why this would be like this? Will it cause issues?
Apologies for the heavily edited screenshot, but wanted to give you an example, idea of what i am seeing.

Hello,
1 - In your Jabber client (or an affected user's client), can you check the Connection Status under > Settings (Gear icon) > Help > Connection status?
Scroll down until you find Presence Status
2 - To see Error Notifications, under the same sub-menu > click Error Notifications

What value are you using for userID in CUCM?
Are you using the default JID schema in IM&P?
