jabber recent calls

is there a way to jabber not delete the recent calls after upgrade to newer version?

I never seen that call history is cleared by upgrade of Jabber. What bootstrap switches do you use for the installation of Jabber?

I downloaded the installation file from cisco download site. And installed it regually... next..next... etc

Hello,

      Unless the client is reset manually by clicking 'Reset Jabber' or the sub-folders of AppData > Local folder are deleted, call history will be retained after the upgrade.
