Jabber Registration Error with VCSE

We just updated our VCSE admin password and removed an administrator (he resigned). Since doing this, we are having registration errors with our Jabber accounts.

We have a VCSC that appears to be working fine and jabber users are registering and logging in fine and conducting calls.

Our TMS appears to have been updated correctly and seems to not appear to show any connection errors with our VCSE.

 

I am sure we have missed updating the admin password somewhere but do not know where else to look. Any help or insight is appreciated.

Just an update.  It appears that the change in password may be coincidental.  We think we have it narrowed down to a problem with sip and our allow policies.  Our codecs that are offsite appear to be able to connect via the VCSE via H323.
