For any of you who may have attended yesterday's CCCP Jabber 11.8 briefing, without saying too much, most of the questions asked revolved around one key issue. I doubt we have any leverage on changing feature implementations, but I'll be contacting my Cisco rep to relay, at best, my extreme disappointment. I feel as customers we've really been let down on this issue and are not being listened to. Jabber's a great product and is close, in my opinion, to being an incredible product. Why consider it feature complete? My company has Jabber, not Spark. At this point in time I couldn't care less about Spark which is probably shortsighted, but what so many of us have asked for and were told in April would be implemented this year and now to be told will not be implemented at all is simply unacceptable.
